Rich Franklin
Prior to becoming a full time MMA fighter, Rich was a math teacher at Oak Hills High School in Cincinnati. He has a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Cincinnati.

Filmed during one of Rich’s visits with wounded soldiers, the PSA is slated for a nationwide in January.

Franklin Visits VAMCs in LA, San Diego
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) star Rich “Ace” Franklin has faced some tough battles in the world of mixed martial arts. But none of his fights have been as tough as the adversity faced by our nation’s disabled veterans every day. To honor disabled veterans in southern California, Franklin recently met with patients at the West Los Angeles and San Diego VA Medical Centers as part of the Disabled American Veterans VA Voluntary Service program.
